Limael may process applicant, tenant, representative, employee and customer information needed to manage applications, spaces, services, communications, compliance and payments.

How information is used

Information is used only for legitimate market operations, service delivery, record keeping, safety, compliance and authorised communications. Access is limited according to role.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary to deliver the service or meet legal duties. Records are retained only for operational or legal requirements.

Platform service provider

The Limael deployment is provided on technology operated by BARGAINDEAL AFRICA (PTY) LTD, registration number 2024/700332/07, with registered office at The Heights Estate 188, Halfway Gardens, Midrand, Gauteng, 1687, South Africa. The Information Officer / Head of Private Body for the platform provider is Gilbert Chiimba.

Market-operator records

Where personal information is collected or used on behalf of the market or property operator, that operator may also be a responsible party for those records. Deployment-specific agreements and notices determine the allocation of those responsibilities.

Your choices

You may ask the administration team to access, correct or query personal information held about you. Platform privacy and PAIA requests can be sent to info@solutionq.co.za. Never submit passwords or payment-card PINs through ordinary messages.
