Platform purpose

Limael MarketOS supports market discovery, tenant applications and market administration. Availability, allocations and commercial terms are confirmed through the applicable market-operator process.

Applications and allocations

An application is subject to document review, eligibility checks, space availability and written approval. Payment alone does not create a tenancy unless the relevant market operator issues the required confirmation and agreement.

Marketplace information

Only trader or tenant information approved for publication should appear in the Limael public directory. Each seller remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, price and availability of its products and trading information.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit false information, interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Platform service provider

The Limael deployment is provided on technology operated by BARGAINDEAL AFRICA (PTY) LTD, registration number 2024/700332/07, with registered office at The Heights Estate 188, Halfway Gardens, Midrand, Gauteng, 1687, South Africa.

Contracting responsibilities

Tenant allocations, leases, market rules and other property-specific commitments are issued by the applicable market or property operator. The technology platform does not create a tenancy merely because a user submits an application or payment request through the system.
